Honolulu Scholar Benoit-Bird honored for ocean eavesdropping

2002 Honolulu Scholar Kelly Benoit-Bird has been named a PopTech! Fellow and received a MacArthur Foundation "Genius Award" grant for her work to develop and use accoustic equipment to study marine mammals and the open ocean ecosystem. Read more.
